Well last week we did some interesting science experiments, as we were having a science week. We enjoyed ourselves! One of the more interesting experiments is where we got a plain old fabric cloth, covered it with plain old water, dipped it in plain old purple liquid stuff. And lit it with plain old fire! many of us thought the cloth would burst into flames, but it didn’t, it burned but only the liquid covering the outside was burning, the fabric wasn’t burning because of the water. It was definitely something you shouldn't try at home. OK, I’ll call the fire station and tell them to be ready for a burning rag on someone’s floor. Another experiment we did is something you’ve all probably heard of.........the famous Mentos in Coke experiment, we got different colas and each group(that all the classes were split up into)used a different one, of course the Diet Coke is the one that made it closest to a cola eruption, but we were told it didn’t fly in the air like the many internet videos, maybe the Mentos and Coke experiment is just a fake...........overall we had a very good time going around and doing different experiments it’s hard to choose the best.........so I’ll put it all as even, we had an awfully jolly time.
